The Wyoming Weed & Pest established a list of Designated weeds and pests that the Districts are responsible for implementing and pursuing an effective program on. This list has been added to since it's inception in 1973.
The Act allows each District to "Declare" other weeds and pests that are a problem locally. Each declared specie must be approved of by the W&P Council and the Dept of Ag.
This form allows Commercial applicators that are performing spraying or rodent control operations for a landowner the ability to pick up the necessary pesticide on the landowner's behalf.
Any person applying a restricted use pesticide must be licensed or be under the supervision of a licensed applicator and keep a record of that application. This form is intended to assist in the record keeping requirement.
